Liam Henderson is an independent transport professional with extensive experience in rail transport planning and passenger service. His passion for improving Passenger Experience led him to create Transporting Cities to review and promote global examples of best practice in transport provision.

He is also founder of The Rail Innovation Group. An collaboration community set up to ensure that trends in innovation, creative working and recruitment are embedded into the rail industry.
